Godzilla

Bryan Cranston plays a nuclear physicist working for a Japanese power plant while living in Japan with his family. An "accident" leaves him a widower to raise his son. His suspicions ruin his life over the years as well as his relationship with his son. His son grows up to be sexy Aaron Taylor-Johnson who is the husband of Elizabeth Olsen as he works as an explosive expert in the navy. Ken Watanabe & Sally Hawkins play scientists that know the truth behind "the accident." Award winning/nominated cast I mean the cast is amazing. So why'd I give it 3 out of 5 stars? Keep reading.

Although you have this INSANELY talented cast when Ken Watanabe says "Godzilla" I laughed outloud. It was like hearing someone with a Spanish accent speaking perfect English suddenly say something in stereotypical Spanish. I mean wow! And Aaron legit forgot how to emote. He's brilliant in the "Kick-Ass" movies but in this he was horrible.

The effects were typical of a Godzilla movie. This movie was a great summer movie, and by far the best Godzilla.

A few things that'll always attract we Americans cinematically: Vampires/witches/werewolves, nature disaster movies, sandal & sword movies, and Godzilla.

If you want a good summer blockbuster go see this movie. There's a reason why Godzilla has come and it's a fresh approach :)
