Meagan Good portrays Detective Lara Vega, detective at Metro Police Department in Washington DC in the year 2065 (11 years after the film). Agatha, Dash, & Dash's fraternal twin Arthur all have separate lives now no longer tied to Pre-Crime or being Pre-Cognitives. Agatha (Laura Regan aka young Robin Wright in "Unbreakable") is still living in the cabin trying to stay away from it all. Dash (played to awkward perfection by Stark Sands) waffles between not running from his abilities and trying to be normal. And business minded Arthur (my future hubby Nick Zano) is the polar opposite of his brother. Wilmer Valderrama is perfectly cast as Vega's straight-laced former partner now boss Will Blake.
The writing is great. The acting is solid. And the special effects work. So why isn't anyone watching? Beats me. Hopefully FOX gives it a chance. When they cancelled "Almost Human" last year I wanted to beat someone's toe to the ground.
