Contraband

Contraband starring Mark Wahlberg as a former runner, Kate Beckinsale as his wife, Ben Foster as his best friend, and a pretty good supporting cast. Of course the premise from the poster is he's a former "pro" runner who gives up the job only to get back in when his brother-in-law gets in over his head.

There are so many twists and turns although you know a Hollywood ending will occur it's getting there that's great. Will it win an Oscar? No. Any awards? Probably not. But that's not really the point. It's a fun, edge-of-your-seat action movie that would've been amazing in the summer.

Lately with the prices of movies going up I tend to stick to big blockbuster movies to movie theater outings and limit dramas to my DVR or Netflix account. This is a big January blockbuster. I love the "summer movie in off summer month" it's almost like going to Disney in the off season :)

Highly recommend. You will enjoy it.
